Where to start
If customers find you through Google Maps or a local search, start with the Google Business Profile check. For most local businesses the listing is seen far more often than the website, and Google's AI now reads it to decide what to say about you. The check shows which of its nine parts are in shape and which three fixes matter most.
If people find you through your website, or you want to show up when someone asks ChatGPT or Perplexity for a recommendation, run the AI visibility checker. A site can look perfect in a browser and still be unreadable to an AI crawler, because many of them never run JavaScript. The checker reads the page the way they do.
If you are deciding who to hire next, or whether a task can be handed to software, open the AI marketing team map. It lays out a whole marketing department role by role, so you can see which work is automated today, which is assisted, and which still needs a person.
If the question is money, the budget template turns a vague number into a plan by channel in about ten minutes.
Why these are free
Each one is the first hour of work I would do on a new client's marketing, packaged so you can do it yourself. Most businesses only need the answer and can make the fixes on their own. If a report shows more than you have time for, every tool ends with a way to get help, and that is the only catch.
None of them needs an account. The ones that can email you a full report ask for an email address only at that point, and the on-screen result never needs one.
